Relax, rejuvenate, and refocus during this dual wellness experience designed to support golf performance and overall well-being. Participants may choose to join us for one or both portions of this unique offering:

• Stretch Lab with JoAnn Wabisca from Ekata
• Improve your mobility, enhance flexibility, and build greater body awareness with guided stretches designed to improve your golf game. JoAnn is a master martial artist and wellness expert from Ekata Training Center?Valencia?s premier destination for mindful movement and fitness.

• Massage Therapy with Manly Handz
• Enjoy a targeted massage experience tailored to ease muscle tension and promote recovery.

Fresh juice will be provided to all participants, regardless of which session(s) you attend.
