Schedule of Events:

• 7:00 AM – Range opens / Breakfast begins
• 9:00 AM – Shotgun start
• 11:15 AM – Start of second match
• 1:30 PM – Start of third match

Format:
The event will consist of three 9-hole matches:

1. Match One – Better Ball
2. Match Two – Scramble
3. Match Three – Singles

Teams will be awarded points as follows:

• 3 points for a win
• 1 point for a halve
• 0 points for a loss

Polo Shirts:
Team polo shirts will be available for all participants who registered on time. Please check  the golf shop to collect your shirt. If you registered late, we will do our best to provide a shirt, but please plan to dress accordingly if one is not available.

Handicaps:
Player handicaps will be based on the average of the past 3 month LI and current.

Player of the Year (POY) Points:
Points for Player of the Year will be distributed based on performance.

Pace of Play:
Each 9-hole match will have a strict time limit of 2 hours. When the horn is blown, the match will conclude, regardless of current progress.

Cost:

• $145 – Includes cart fee, polo shirt, breakfast, and lunch
• $65 – If no polo shirt is provided (for late sign-ups)

Buy-In:

• $25 per player – The total pot will be split among those with the highest point totals.
