2018 Valentine’s Day Menu

Amuse bouche

Blackened seared Ahi, marinated arugula, red tobiko caviar

Soup & Salad

Lobster bisque, vanilla Chantilly cream, chive

Spinach salad with candied pecans, strawberry feta cheese, raspberry balsamic dressing

Starter Duo

Himalayan pink salt seared diver scallops. Crispy pancetta, sautéed spinach, pomegranate buerre blanc

Tomato bruschetta, shaved parmesan, balsamic drizzle, toasted

Intermezzo:

Pink Champagne sorbet with mint

Entrees:

1.      Pink Peppercorn crusted filet mignon with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables $54.95++per person

2.       Alaskan Halibut with crispy prosciutto with wild rice and seasonal vegetables  $52.95++per person

3.       Pittman farms chicken breast with wild mushrooms and mashed potatoes $44.95++ per person

4.       Braised Portobello Mushroom with fresh basil, spinach ravioli with marinara $39.95++ per person
